A: Our Information & Referral Concierge will listen and guide you to the specific resources you need, from housing and medical services, to transportation and recreational opportunities, and much more.
Q: Does the AgeWell service have any fees?
A: No, we do not charge any fees for this service. We are funded by the Jewish Federation of Greater Atlanta and community donors.
Q: How can I support this initiative?

Q: During what hours can I call?
A: Our Information and Referral Concierge is available Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. After hours, please leave a message or fill out the online contact form, and we will get back to you within 1-2 business days. This is not a crisis line. Please call 911 if this matter is an emergency.
Q: Do I need to be Jewish to use this service?
A: No, this service is for the entire Atlanta community.
Q: Can I sign up for programs and services directly through AgeWell?
A: No, but we will direct you to the appropriate places where you can sign up directly.
