Senior Transportation Services
Transportation is a critical part of living independently in Atlanta. AgeWell Atlanta’s Senior Transportation assistance helps elderly adults stay connected to family as well as helps them manage tasks such as grocery shopping, counseling sessions and doctor’s appointments.

AgeWell Atlanta and JF&CS are proud to partner with On The Go (a sister organization of Jewish Family Services San Diego) to provide monitored Lyft rides through their national call center. To enroll, riders must first call 866-AGE-WELL (243-9355) to provide contact, demographic, and credit card information.
Once enrolled, older adults or their caregivers can call On The Go at 844-487-7433 8 am to 10 pm to schedule rides, up to a week in advance. On The Go will set up the rides as well as send reminders.
Payment is made through AgeWell Atlanta without a Lyft account, and On The Go tracks all rides, giving riders peace of mind.

1. Call AgeWell 866-AGE-WELL (243-9355). An AgeWell concierge will set up your account, and get your ride scheduled.
2. Contact On The Go directly for all future rides.
